Noah Saul has been playing and coaching Ultimate Frisbee for 15 years, beginning in Mercer County Ultimate Disc League (MCUDL) in New Jersey. He attended Pennsbury High School (PA) and helped build the Ultimate program into a national powerhouse.  Noah went on to play and captain the University of North Carolina Darkside team, consistently ranked in the top 15 in the nation, and was selected for the first ever NexGen All-Star team in 2011. He has played for North Carolina’s elite club team, Ring of Fire, since 2010, reaching the semifinals of nationals two out of the last four years. He has played in the AUDL since 2014, starting with the New York Empire and continuing with the Raleigh Flyers in 2015. Noah helped lead both professional teams to the Final Four in the last two consecutive seasons. In addition to playing, Noah is a proud ambassador and coach of Youth Ultimate. He coaches at the middle school and high school levels and has helped to launch two middle school teams in the triangle. Noah also contributes to a number of youth ultimate camps and clinics, including CUT Camp North Carolina.
